Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes

The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was convened on last tenth of July, 2023. The meeting was led by President Smith, with members present of homeowners in participation.

After call to order, the record from the previous meeting were examined and accepted with no amendments.

  • Treasurer Miller, gave a brief financial report outlining the current status of the homeowner association's funds.
  • A number of homeowners raised issues regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, including the proposed playground construction and parking regulations.
  • President Smith addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing information about the projects.

Following the dialogue, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, 2023.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The Board of Directors is currently discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to enhance the standard of life for all residents while tackling current concerns and promoting a thriving community.

  • Within the proposed amendments are guidelines related to exterior aesthetics, sound restrictions, and automobile limits.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments carefully and provide their comments by August 15th.
  • An open forum will be arranged on July 20th to address the proposed amendments in more depth.

Additional information regarding the proposed amendments can be found on the HOA's digital portal. Residents are highly recommended to participate in this important process.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project

Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by adding flowers, cleaning up public zones, and encouraging a sense of pride.

We're actively working on several projects, including the revitalization of our central park. We invite you to participate in making Sherwood Lakes a truly desirable place to call home.

Sherwood Lakes Community Board Voting

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is right around the corner. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping website the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.

A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!

Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents

Enhance the safety and security of our welcoming community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. By actively participating, residents can help deter crime, look out one another's homes, and foster a safer sense of community. Sessions will be held consistently to discuss.
